Everyone is talking about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion but how do you put together a DEI statement? This has come up a couple times for clients so, I thought I’d pull together some resources. The main takeaways are that it should be about the same length as your mission and vision statements. Your DEI statement should “triangulate” with your mission and vision statement — and all of your nonprofit’s activities, programs and projects should reflect all three together.

* Easy to read is better (as always!)
